Confidential Search: Regional Vice President, Residential Services
I'm working with a PE-backed residential services platform that has grown quickly through acquisitions and greenfield launches. They're hiring a Regional Vice President to lead their largest region by revenue and EBITDA.

National platform built by acquiring well-known, founder-led residential services businesses
Provides a range of essential services to homeowners
Central teams handle sales, revenue cycle, HR, accounting and finance, so regional leaders can focus on running operations
Some founders stay on after acquisition to keep their community and referral relationships going
Why this role matters
Largest region in the business: a $40M+ revenue P&L with strong EBITDA
Several businesses and locations, with new greenfield sites and more expansion planned
The region has plenty of room to grow, and they need an operator to turn that growth into profit
Reports directly to the CEO
What you'll do
Own the full regional P&L, from revenue down to EBITDA
Lead and develop a team of General Managers, some of whom run more than one business
Work day to day with the central sales, finance, HR and revenue cycle leaders
Set up operating discipline across job costing, labor, margin and cash
Launch new greenfield sites and grow them into profitable businesses
Lead the handover as founders step back, and keep their customer and referral relationships strong
What you'll bring
You've led a region or business of $20-30M+ in revenue, ideally $30–50M. They aren't looking for someone who is still working up to this size
You've run multiple sites and managed a P&L of that size
You come from residential services, such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, restoration etc
You're an operator who works through the whole P&L, not only the top line
PE-backed, M&A integration or founder-transition experience is a strong plus
The package
Base salary in the mid-$200s
40% annual bonus, based on regional and company performance
Equity in a PE-backed platform
Relocation assistance available
