Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Location:
Remote regional opportunity focused on Indiana. Candidates must reside in Indiana, Michigan, Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, or Missouri. This position includes regular regional travel of up to 50%, including driving to meet prospects and attend industry events.
Note:
Candidates must have 2+ years of direct or outside sales experience and 2+ years of franchising experience. Strong candidates will also bring at least two of the following backgrounds: direct sales, business ownership with employees, and franchising. A valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and willingness to travel throughout the region are required.

Job Description
Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective franchise owners throughout your assigned region
Present franchise opportunities through virtual meetings, in person conversations, presentations, and business discovery experiences
Guide qualified prospects through the franchise evaluation and sales process from initial conversation through close
Develop trusted relationships with prospective and existing franchise owners
Partner with franchise brokers, consultants, referral partners, and internal development teams to generate new business
Use CRM tools to manage leads, follow up consistently, and maintain an accurate sales pipeline
Represent our brands at trade shows, networking events, and industry meetings
Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for franchise growth, partnerships, and regional expansion
Travel throughout the territory to meet prospects and support franchise development initiatives
Qualifications
2+ years of direct, outside, or transactional sales experience required
2+ years of franchising experience required
Franchise sales or franchise development experience strongly preferred
Business ownership experience with employees is highly valued
Proven ability to build relationships, influence decisions, and close complex sales
Experience using CRM systems and managing an active sales pipeline
Strong communication, presentation, follow up, and organizational skills
Comfortable working independently in a results driven environment
Valid driver's license, automobile insurance, and reliable transportation required
Ability and willingness to travel up to 50%
Ability to maintain a credit card with sufficient availability for reimbursable business travel expenses
Bachelor's degree preferred
