We are looking for someone who brings an uncommon combination of grit and executive-level business acumen. You should be equally comfortable discussing financial performance with senior leadership and spending time in service centers building credibility with frontline employees.

Location : Colorado-based

Territory : Colorado, Utah, Washington, and Nebraska

Salary : $130,000–$150,000 annually

Annual Incentive : Up to 25%

Travel : Approximately 50–75%

What You’ll Do

Drive Regional Performance

You will oversee revenue, profitability, labor management, staffing, customer experience, safety, and operational execution throughout the region.

You’ll use location- and district-level performance data to identify trends, uncover operational gaps, and partner with District Managers on measurable improvement plans. You will also help increase customer traffic, retention, and revenue while ensuring each location consistently delivers a strong customer experience.

Develop Strong Field Leaders

You will coach and develop five District Managers, helping them grow as leaders and take ownership of their districts’ performance.

This includes establishing clear expectations, strengthening accountability, addressing performance concerns directly and constructively, and identifying high‑potential employees for future leadership opportunities. You’ll hold people accountable through balancing high standards with trust and strong working relationships.

Stay Connected to Field Operations

You will maintain a visible presence throughout the region by visiting service centers, conducting operational reviews, meeting with leaders, and engaging directly with frontline teams.

You’ll work alongside District Managers to understand challenges, remove barriers, and implement practical solutions that improve performance.

Partner Across the Organization

You will collaborate closely with Human Resources, Finance, Marketing, Talent Acquisition, and other corporate teams to address field needs and support sustainable growth.

You will also communicate regional priorities, performance trends, operational challenges, and resource needs to senior leadership while helping ensure regional decisions align with the organization’s broader goals.

What We’re Looking For

At least five years of progressive multi‑unit operations leadership experience

Experience overseeing multiple locations across a broad geographic territory

Experience leading an organization of approximately 200 or more employees through a layered leadership structure

Experience directly managing and developing at least five district‑level or comparable operational leaders

Significant experience leading an hourly or frontline workforce

Responsibility for the financial performance of a multi‑location portfolio, preferably representing approximately $10 million or more in annual revenue

Demonstrated ownership of sales, labor, expenses, productivity, and profitability

Strong financial and business acumen, including the ability to interpret performance data and translate it into clear priorities

A proven ability to identify performance gaps, determine root causes, and implement measurable improvement plans

Strong coaching, succession planning, and performance management capabilities

The ability to build credibility and communicate effectively at every level of an organization

Sound judgment, resilience, and composure when navigating complex operational or employee situations

Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50–75%, including overnight travel

Preferred Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will also be considered

Multi‑unit leadership experience in automotive services, retail, restaurants, hospitality, or another high‑volume, customer‑facing environment

Experience supporting acquisitions, integrations, new location openings, leadership transitions, or rapidly growing field operations

Ability to lead a distributed frontline workforce while driving revenue, customer experience, labor performance, and operational excellence.

What Success Looks Like

The region consistently achieves its goals related to sales, profitability, labor, staffing, safety, customer experience, and operational execution.

District Managers understand expectations, own their results, and continue developing as capable business leaders.

Performance concerns are identified early and addressed through clear, sustainable action plans.

High‑potential employees are actively developed, and succession pipelines become stronger.

Operating standards and customer experience expectations are executed consistently across the region.

Regional priorities and resource decisions support the organization’s long‑term growth and profitability.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary of $130,000–$150,000 annually

Annual incentive opportunity of up to 25%

Vehicle reimbursement based on mileage, vehicle usage, and wear

Company credit card for approved business expenses

Medical plan options

Dental and vision insurance

401(k) plan with employer match

Life and accidental death and dismemberment insurance

Short‑ and long‑term disability insurance

Group benefits beginning the first day of the month following your date of hire

If you are a proven multi‑unit leader who knows how to drive business results, develop strong field leaders, and stay connected to the employees and customers closest to the operation, we would like to hear from you.
