Our mission is to help patients access the care they need faster, with less administrative burden across the healthcare ecosystem.

Role Summary

Cinnamon is seeking multiple Regional Vice Presidents of Sales – Direct to Pharma Brands to drive enterprise pharma growth across defined territories. This is a hands‑on, player/coach role from day one, ideal for senior sales leaders who thrive in early‑stage environments and enjoy building while executing.

Each Regional VP of Sales will own a defined regional enterprise quota, carry a personal sales target, and be responsible for both new logo acquisition and growth of existing accounts. This role partners closely with the Chief Revenue Officer, CEO, and peer Regional VPs to execute Cinnamon’s direct pharma go‑to‑market strategy and establish a scalable, repeatable sales motion. As the business grows, this leader will build and develop a high‑performing regional sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Ownership & Direct Selling

Own a defined regional enterprise sales quota, with direct responsibility for new logo acquisition and expansion within assigned accounts.

Lead complex, consultative enterprise sales cycles involving senior stakeholders across commercial, patient services, IT, and operations teams.

Develop and maintain a strong, predictable pipeline aligned with revenue targets.

Partner with the CEO and Chief Revenue Officer on strategic opportunities, pricing, and deal structuring as needed.

Go-To-Market Execution

Execute Cinnamon’s direct pharma go‑to‑market strategy within the assigned region.

Identify, prioritize, and pursue target accounts aligned with company growth objectives.

Provide market feedback, competitive insights, and customer learnings to inform ongoing GTM refinement.

Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and CRM discipline.

Cross-Functional & Peer Collaboration

Collaborate closely with fellow Regional VPs of Sales to ensure alignment on messaging, best practices, and sales execution.

Partner with Implementation, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to support effective deal handoffs and long‑term customer success.

Represent the regional sales organization in internal planning, forecasting, and leadership discussions.

Required Qualifications

10+ years of enterprise healthcare or life sciences sales experience, including direct selling to pharma manufacturers.

Proven track record of closing complex, multi‑stakeholder deals with long sales cycles.

Experience building or scaling sales functions in a startup or high‑growth environment.

Strong executive communication skills, with comfort presenting to senior leadership and external stakeholders.

Prior experience selling to market access, brand teams, hub services, specialty pharmacy, or healthcare workflow technology.

Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and wear multiple hats in an early‑stage company.

What We Offer

Competitive base salary plus performance‑based commission.

Opportunity to shape and lead Cinnamon’s enterprise pharma sales strategy from the ground up.

High visibility and close partnership with executive leadership.

A mission‑driven culture focused on improving patient access to care.

Significant growth and leadership development opportunities as the company scales.
