What You’ll Do
As Regional Vice President, you’ll provide strategic leadership for a portfolio of hotels while partnering with General Managers to elevate performance across every area of the business.
You’ll be responsible for:
Leadership Development
Coach, mentor, and develop General Managers
Build strong leadership teams and succession plans
Create a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement
Operational Excellence
Drive consistent execution of brand and Blue Sky standards
Improve guest satisfaction and service delivery
Ensure operational discipline across every hotel
Remove barriers that limit performance
Drive NOI, profitability, labor productivity, and market share
Analyze trends and identify root causes—not just symptoms
Protect owner investments through disciplined execution
Deliver measurable business results

We’re Looking For Someone Who Has
Multi-property hotel operations leadership experience
Previous Regional Vice President, Regional Directo r, Area General Manager, or comparable multi-unit leadership experience
Strong Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, IHG, or other major branded hotel experience
Demonstrated success improving financial performance and guest satisfaction
Experience coaching and developing General Managers
Strong financial acumen including P&L, labor management, forecasting, and owner reporting
Proven ability to lead through influence, accountability, and collaboration
Willingness to travel throughout the assigned portfolio
