Job description
A leading AI-powered enablement firm seeks an experienced RVP, Sales in San Diego. You will be responsible for driving revenue through new customer acquisition and mentoring a team of sales executives. The ideal candidate should possess at least 3–5 years of sales leadership experience in software or SaaS, along with a strong understanding of the SaaS model. This role offers a salary range of $162,000 to $180,000 and the opportunity for performance incentives.
