Job description
AlertMedia is seeking an experienced leader to serve as RVP, Account Management. You will build and coach a team of Enterprise Customer Account Directors responsible for AlertMedia's largest strategic customers.
Reporting to the VP, Account Management, you will drive expansion revenue, renewals, and customer growth while aligning products and services with customers' strategic priorities. This role requires strong executive presence and cross-functional collaboration.
