Job description
Elastic is seeking a Regional Vice President to lead the Enterprise team across the East region, driving logo growth with a scalable GTM motion. You will lead Enterprise account executives, own sales plans, and partner with Open Source ecosystems to close strategic deals.
The role requires a proven sales leader who can navigate a fast-paced, technical client base, travel regularly, and deliver on aggressive quotas while coaching a high-performing team.
