Ignite Medical Resorts seeks a Vice President of Facilities Management to lead regional operations across Texas & Oklahoma, overseeing 14–18 facilities. You will coach facility leadership, drive safety and regulatory readiness, and manage capital projects and vendor performance.
Responsibilities include site visits, mock surveys, and developing plans of correction, while building a high-performing team focused on compliant, survey-ready environments.
