Job description
Havenpark Communities is seeking a Regional Manager to lead a portfolio of communities in your region. You will report to the Senior Vice President of Operations and oversee Community Managers while partnering with on-site sales teams to drive results.
You will manage P&L, budgets, and capital projects, ensure NOI targets, lead with data, coach teams, and travel regularly within your region to deliver a five-star resident experience.
