Job description
Blue Ridge Fitness, a division of Crunch Fitness, seeks a Regional Vice President of Operations to oversee GA, NC, and TN markets. Lead multiple clubs, drive operational excellence, and deliver exceptional member experiences across a fast-growing fitness brand.
You will partner with club leadership to meet KPIs, manage audits, and develop leadership teams while expanding the club network and maintaining high standards of service.
