Murrieta Hot Springs Resort seeks a strategic, results-driven Regional Vice President of Operations to lead a growing portfolio of select-service and extended-stay hotels across multiple states. This role partners with ownership and executive teams to drive financial performance, guest satisfaction, and portfolio growth.
The successful candidate will manage senior leaders, champion brand standards, and travel frequently to properties to ensure operational excellence and leadership development
