Job description
LOFT in Southbury, CT is seeking a Regional Vice President – LOFT – North Region to lead nine districts and roughly 200 stores, driving sales, payroll, expenses, loss prevention, and merchandising while aligning with company strategy.
You’ll develop District Directors and Managers, manage talent, and ensure regional performance against financial and customer service goals, with frequent travel and occasional NYC visits. This is a remote role with strong leadership accountability.
