Job description
Surge Staffing seeks a Regional Vice President of Sales to drive revenue growth across a Chicago-area region. You will lead strategy, expand relationships with clients, and guide multi-branch teams to meet profitability targets.
You’ll identify new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and maintain CRM records while representing the company at industry events. Some travel (up to 40%) is required to support regional initiatives.
