Job description
Diageo in Miami is seeking a VP Sales for FL/GA to lead the commercial plan across a multi-state geography, driving volume, share, and ROS through distributor and customer leadership. The role requires 12–15+ years in FMCG/beverage alcohol and proven leadership of large regional P&L.
You will own distributor performance, manage senior customer relationships, and translate strategy into regional execution plans, with strong financial acumen; MBA preferred.
