Job description
Safelite is seeking a Regional Vice President to lead retail operations across a major region. You will set strategic direction, partner with field and corporate leaders, and drive performance and engagement across 500+ associates to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
You will develop annual and long-term plans, translate corporate strategy to regional action, and manage budgets, expenses, and regional profitability while guiding leaders to execute initiatives and improve outcomes.
