Joint Regional Water Supply System (JRWSS) seeks an Engineering Manager to lead the Capital Improvement Program, supervise design and construction activities, and ensure regulatory compliance. This executive-level role reports to the Deputy General Manager/Chief Engineer and participates in leadership and regional planning efforts.
