Job description
Northwestern Medicine seeks a senior manager to lead the Workforce Health and Safety team across designated regions, driving program oversight, data analytics, and policy alignment with system-wide initiatives.
You will oversee OSHA, Joint Commission, CMS, and IDPH compliance, manage budgets and large-scale projects, and act as a change agent to foster a fair and just safety culture across NM locations.
