Qualifications:
Active Finra 7 and Series 63 securities registrations
5 years industry experience
Stong proficiency in salesforce crm, microsoft word, excel, teams
Excellent verbal ans communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Key Responsibilities
Client Service & Relationship Management
1. Serve as primary point of contact for incoming client calls
2. Professinally handle client requests
3. Assist ckients with account related questions and service needs
Account Administration
1. Open and process new client accounts and documentation
2. Maintain and service client accounts
3. Process account updates, beneficiary changes, transfers
CRM & Client data Management
1. Maintain and update client records in Salesforce CRM
Operations & Trade support
1. Process distributions
2. Place orders as directed
Compensation and Benefits
Base $75000-$95000 annually based on experience
Performance based bonus opportunity
