Your day may include:Providing 1:1 ABA therapyImplementing individualized treatment and behavior plans developed by a BCBAHelping learners develop communication, social, academic, self-help, and daily living skillsTeaching skills through play, structured activities, and everyday interactionsCollecting data and documenting learner progressSupporting learners through challenging behaviors using their individualized behavior plansCommunicating and collaborating with BCBAs, team members, and familiesParticipating in ongoing training and professional developmentCompleting required session documentation accurately and on timeMaintaining client confidentiality and following HIPAA and company policiesWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for people who are dependable, energetic, compassionate, and ready to make a difference in the lives of children.Previous ABA experience is a plus, but you do not need to already be an RBT to apply. Individual starting pay is determined based on relevant experience, education, certification status, qualifications, and other job-related factors.RequirementsQualifications/Educational Requirements:High School diploma, preferably some collegeRegistered Behavior Technician, or ability to be board certified within three months of hireApplied Behavior Analysis, Medicaid, Waiver and Private Insurance experience preferredAbility to communicate effectively, in writing and verbally, with people at all levels of the organizationStrong leadership experience with great interpersonal and people skillsStrong technical, analytical, and organizational skills and abilitiesDemonstrated ability to develop programs that fit strategically with ACSS goalsPhysical Requirements:Must be physically able to respond appropriately at all times when working directly with a patientMust be able to lift, push and pull up to 50lbsMust be able to react quickly to behavior outbursts in children and young adults
