Compleat KiDZ is a fast-growing network of pediatric therapy clinics serving children and families through collaborative, high-quality care. We're looking for compassionate, reliable team members who enjoy working with kids and value variety in their workday.
Position Overview
We're hiring BTs & RBTs for Part-Time afternoon shifts at our Monroe Clinic. You will provide one-on-one ABA services to children in both clinic and in-home settings. Under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you'll help children build communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.
Key Responsibilities
Implement individualized behavior plans developed by a BCBA
Collect data and complete session documentation
Support clients and families with professionalism and responsiveness
Teach skills in-the-moment to support progress and treatment integrity
Travel between clinics and client homes as required
Position Requirements
Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification within first 30-days
High school diploma or GED required
Desire to work with young children with behavioral challenges
Ability to pass a criminal background check
Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance
