Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician
Pay Range: $20-30/hour
Job Description: Up to $30/hour | Boulder, CO | Full-Time Hours | School Year | K-12 Caseload Position Details K-12 Caseload Starting September 2026 1.0 FTE, Monday-Friday 35 hours/week

What You'll Do
Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under BCBA supervision
Provide 1:1 or small group behavioral support
Collect and track data on student progress and behaviors
Support students with social, emotional, and communication skills
Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and related service providers
Assist with classroom management and behavior strategies
Maintain accurate and compliant documentation
What We're Looking For
Active RBT certification (or willingness to obtain prior to start)
High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience working with children or individuals with special needs preferred
Strong communication, patience, and teamwork skills
School-based or ABA experience a plus
