Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Starting at$21.25/hour
TheIndiana Institute for Behavior Analysis (TIIBA)is celebrating15 years of serving the Indianapolis community. We provide center-based ABA therapy to children with Autism and are looking for compassionate, motivated RBTs to join our team.
What You’ll Do
Work 1:1 with clients diagnosed with Autism
Implement ABA therapy programs
Teach communication, social, and daily living skills
Receive ongoing support from in-house BCBAs and BCaBAs
