Job description
Location: Charlotte, NC | In-Home
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $5,000
Schedule: Services generally between 8 AM-7 PM
Requirements:
1+ year RBT experience
Experience working with children/autism preferred
Valid driver's license & reliable transportation
Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
Implement treatment plans and collect session data
Support communication, social, and daily living skills
Communicate with BCBAs and caregivers
