About Us
At A Brighter Alternative ABA, we provide compassionate, individualized, and evidence-based ABA therapy for children with autism throughout Georgia. Our mission is to create a better experience for both families and clinicians by focusing on meaningful clinical support, manageable caseloads, and high-quality care.
We are currently seeking a passionate and dependable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team in Conyers, GA 30094.
Position Overview
As an RBT, you will work directly with children in their homes under the supervision of a BCBA, implementing individualized treatment plans focused on communication, behavior reduction, independence, and daily living skills. This role requires RBT to be fluent in Arabic.,

Pay:
$25.00 - $32.00 per hour

Responsibilities
Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy sessions
Implement behavior intervention and treatment plans designed by the supervising BCBA
Collect accurate session data and complete daily session notes
Build positive relationships with clients and caregivers
Maintain professionalism, communication, and reliability
Participate in supervision and ongoing training as required
Qualifications
Active RBT certification required
Experience working with children preferred
Reliable transportation required
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating with the clinical team
CPR certification preferred
