We are guided by the vision to provide lifelong services for individuals with developmental disabilities.Benefits - Why You'll Love Working Here Full-time employees:Medical coverage: HRA, FSA, premium discounts, wellness credits, free virtual and Minute Clinic visits, free imaging, and surgeryDental and vision coverageCompany paid life, short- and long-term disability insurance401(k) with up to 2.5% matchTuition assistance and reimbursement, student loan repayment assistance, employee assistance program, and more.Part-time and part-time on-call employees:Quest, Inc. provides 401(K) with company match and EAP for part-time/part-time on call employeesThe individual within this role will commute between all Orlando Quest Kids Therapy locations and settings as needed.Availability Required Candidates should be available Monday - Friday 9:00am - 6:00pmEssential Functions and ResponsibilitiesConsistently perform duties of Registered Behavior Technician I with increased independence, initiative and/or demonstrated abilityDocument each client's performance on a daily basis via data collection method specified by assigned BCBAImplement all aspect of client's treatment plan as developed by the BCBAAssist in ensuring cleanliness and orderliness of work environmentsAssist client with toileting, dressing, grooming, and/or feeding as neededCommunicate session outcome with parents/caregivers while maintaining professional boundaries and within the scope of one's certificationAssist BCBA in developing training materials that are up-to-date with current technologies on a daily basisGraph all data as assignedAttend all weekly clinical meetings as an active participant in programmatic discussionEnsure compliance with any and all regulations pertaining to BACB guidelines as well as Quest's policies and proceduresIndependently perform reactive strategies confidently and effectively with individuals of all ages and problem behaviorPresent with willingness to help out with additional tasks (BCBA projects and/or data collection) when neededPresent as a reliable model for incoming RBTs and/or those who may need additional shadowingAttend all weekly clinical meetings as an active participant in programmatic discussionMust respond promptly and effectively during elopement incidentsMust be physically capable of moving quickly in elopement situations or other emergency eventsFollow all emergency procedures during a drill or in an actual emergencyFollowing a hurricane, all staff who are able to safely travel to and report to their assigned work location will be expected to assist with storm debris cleanup operationsAttend all required training and monthly staff meetingsFollow all Quest policies and proceduresEmployees are required to report serious issues to the employee hotline or to a Quest leader under the See Something Say Something policyManagement reserves the right to revise the job or to request that other or different tasks be performed as assignedWork Experience/Related RequirementsHigh School DiplomaAt least 2 years' experience working with individuals with challenging behaviors1-year verifiable experience as RBT within field of ABA therapyRegistered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification requiredExperience with crisis management (i.e. Safety Care, PCM, PCI, etc.)Experience in developing and implementing behavioral programs with developmentally disabled individuals is preferredQuest, Inc. is a drug free workplace and an Equal Opportunity Employer.
