Job description
Cole Health in San Marcos, TX is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) or Paraprofessionals with at least 1 year of autism experience to join our on-site team. You will help children with autism through behavior-based learning.
Starting pay is determined by an RBT Competency Exam, with reassessments every 6 months. Competitive hourly pay and strong BCBA supervision support growth and development.
