Registered Behavior Technician | In-home RBT | Springfield
Paid $25–$29 per hour with $300 sign‑on bonus. Part‑time or full‑time, Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM. DailyPay available.
About the Role
We’re looking for a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one‑on‑one ABA therapy to children with autism in Springfield, GA. You’ll work under the guidance of a BCBA, helping clients develop communication, social, and daily living skills in a supportive, play‑based environment.
Responsibilities
Implement individualized ABA therapy programs
Track data and document client progress in our EMR system
Use positive reinforcement techniques to promote skill development
Collaborate closely with families, BCBAs, and fellow RBTs
Ensure sessions are engaging, goal‑oriented, and child‑centered
What You Need
Active RBT certification
High school diploma or equivalent
