We are a clinician-led ABA center that values structure, consistency, and high standards, not just for our clients, but for our team as well. Our goal is to create an environment where RBTs feel supported, respected, and able to focus on what truly matters: meaningful progress for the children they serve.

This is a center-based only position located in our Coral Springs preschool-style clinic. No in-home sessions. No driving between clients. No unpredictable schedules.

What We Offer

Consistent Hours

& Reliable Pay

Full-time RBTs : 35–40 hours per week

Part-time RBTs: Approx. 25 hours per week

Hourly rate: $22–$26/hour

Supported by structured scheduling, a strict cancellation policy, and paid indirect work opportunities to help minimize lost hours

Paid supervised fieldwork hours for those pursuing BCBA certification

AI-assisted tools to streamline session notes

Designed to reduce administrative burden while maintaining clinical quality and insurance compliance

What You’ll Do

Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD under BCBA supervision

Implement individualized treatment plans and skill-building programs

Collect and track data using online data systems

Write clear, accurate session notes documenting progress and session details

Completion of a 40-hour RBT training course

Associate’s degree and actively working toward a Bachelor’s degree

Ability to pass a Level 2 background check

Strong written and verbal English communication skills

Commitment to obtaining RBT certification within 30 days of hire

Preferred Qualifications

Active RBT certification

Bachelor’s degree in psychology, behavioral neuroscience, or a related field

Previous professional experience working with children
