Employment Type: Full-Time (Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:15 PM)
Starting Pay & Compensation:
Certified RBTs: $18.50 – $23.00 / hour
Uncertified / Entry-Level: $17.00 – $18.50 / hour (100% Paid RBT Training Included)

What You’ll Do
Provide 1-on-1 Direct Care: Deliver compassionate, assent-based care that prioritizes client preferences while supporting neurodiversity acceptance.
Implement Individualized Plans: Run target procedures designed to help children build functional communication, daily living skills, and social connections.
Track Session Data: Use a company tablet to record real-time session data and draft clear, objective daily progress notes.
What We’re Looking For
Credentials: Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing with the BACB OR a High School Diploma/GED with a strong desire to learn—no prior healthcare or ABA experience required!
Mindset: Passionate about neurodiversity-affirming care, dedicated to patient success, and ready to thrive in a team-focused setting.
Transportation: Valid driver’s license and dependable personal transportation to the Ennis clinic daily.
Physical Ability: Agile and energetic! Able to sit on the floor, stand, transition quickly, bend, kneel, crouch, and move quickly to engage children at eye level and maintain safety protocols.
