This isn't just a job. It's a chance to change two lives: yours and theirs.
At Spectrum of Hope, we believe in people-little ones learning to communicate, families learning to hope again, and team members like you, ready to build something meaningful from the inside out.

You care about people-plain and simple
You're reliable, flexible, and comfortable getting down on the floor to play
High school diploma required; bonus points for experience in childcare, education, or caregiving
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for in-home clients
Perks Worth Bragging About:
Competitive pay with room to grow
Real opportunities to move up-many of our BCBAs started as RBTs
A company culture that sees you, supports you, and invests in your journey
