**Job Title:**Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)**Pay Range:**$20-30/hour**Job Description:****Up to $30/hour | Arvada, CO | Full-Time Hours | 2026–2027 School Year |****K–8 Caseload**## **Position Details:*** K–8 Caseload* Starting September 2026* 1.0 FTE, Monday–Friday* 35 hours/week## **About the Role**Hello, **Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)**! Ampersand Therapy is hiring a full-time Registered Behavior Technician for a K–8 school setting in Arvada, CO. In this role, you’ll support students with behavioral and developmental needs by implementing individualized behavior plans, collecting data, and collaborating with school teams.
