Whether entry-level to the field of ABA or well versed as a RBT,we encourage all candidates to apply and support our mission ofhelping children with autism build skills for a lifetime of success! We have immediate openings forFull-time and part-time afternoon (11:30am-5:30pm) position andwill assist you through the RBT certification process!
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) you will provideone-on-one, play-based, ABA therapy services to pediatric and adolescent patients with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Under the supervision of a BCBA, teammates will follow Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and help patients further develop communication, motor skills, academic readiness, social skills, and independence.
Responsibilities:
Facilitate 1:1, naturalistic therapy services within aclinic-based environment
Track patient progress over time by collecting data and submitting clinical documentation
Following behavior intervention plans (BIPs) as outlined by your BCBA Supervisor
Communicate professionally and consistently with clinical management and families
Assist patients with daily living skills such as feeding and toileting
Adhere to patient confidentiality by following HIPAA guidelines
Provide behavioral support within speech or occupational therapy sessions
Obtain RBT Certification within your first 60 days of employment

Starting Compensation: $18.00-$21.00 / hour
