About the Role
We are seeking caring, reliable, and energetic **Certified RBTs** who love working with children and families. You will provide one‑on‑one ABA therapy using treatment plans designed by experienced BCBAs, helping children build real-life skills and confidence.
What You’ll Do
Provide engaging, one‑on‑one ABA therapy in home and community settings
Follow individualized behavior plans created by a BCBA
Collect session data using simple tools (we train you!)
Collaborate with families and your supervising BCBA
Bring positivity, patience, and encouragement to every session
Qualifications
Current, active **RBT certification (required)**
Experience working with children (ABA experience is a plus)
Dependable, compassionate, and eager to learn
Reliable transportation and consistent availability
