Job description

Cedar Grove ABA is seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team and provide meaningful ABA therapy services to children and families throughout the Denver Metro area.

We currently serve families in areas including Aurora, Littleton, and surrounding communities , with opportunities expanding throughout the Denver Metro region.

As an RBT with Cedar Grove ABA, you will work directly with children under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), helping children develop communication, social, adaptive, and daily living skills while reducing behaviors that interfere with learning and everyday life.

What You'll Do

Cedar Grove ABA is seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team and provide meaningful ABA therapy services to children and families throughout the Denver Metro area.

We currently serve families in areas including Aurora, Littleton, and surrounding communities , with opportunities expanding throughout the Denver Metro region.

As an RBT with Cedar Grove ABA, you will work directly with children under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), helping children develop communication, social, adaptive, and daily living skills while reducing behaviors that interfere with learning and everyday life.

What You'll Do

Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in accordance with individualized treatment plans

Implement programs and interventions developed by the supervising BCBA

Collect and accurately document client data during sessions

Support children in developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills

Build positive and trusting relationships with clients and their families

Communicate professionally with BCBAs, caregivers, and other members of the care team

Maintain client confidentiality and follow all applicable ethical and professional standards

Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and professional development

Provide services in client homes, community settings, clinics, or other appropriate environments

What We're Looking For

Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred

High school diploma or equivalent required

Previous experience working with children is preferred, but we are willing to consider candidates with strong childcare, education, behavioral health, or related experience

Compassionate, patient, and dependable

Comfortable working one-on-one with children and families

Strong communication and documentation skills

Able to receive feedback and work collaboratively with a BCBA and clinical team

Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to client locations within the assigned service area

Commitment to providing respectful, individualized care

If You Are Not Yet an RBT

Interested in starting a career in ABA but don't have your RBT certification yet? Candidates who meet the appropriate requirements may be considered for opportunities to complete the necessary training and pursue RBT certification.
