Bilingual Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Fort Worth, Texas
Job Summary:
At Hidden Light ABA, we are committed to unlocking the power of ABA therapy for children, and we're seeking a dedicated and passionate Bilingual Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality ABA therapy services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related disabilities. About the Role:
As a Bilingual Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) , you will work closely with our dynamic team to provide ABA therapy services to children in their natural environments, including home, school, and community settings. Your responsibilities will include:
Implementing individualized treatment plans designed to improve social, communication, and behavioral skills
Collecting and recording data to measure treatment effectiveness
Collaborating with our team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other professionals to develop and refine treatment plans
Providing support and guidance to parents and caregivers on ABA therapy techniques and strategies
Maintaining accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment plans
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Education, Speech Therapy)
Current RBT certification or willingness to obtain within (insert timeframe)
Fluency in (Language)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compassion, patience, and understanding when working with children with special needs
