Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Bright Builders ABA
Location: Home-based | Hagerstown, MD
Pay: $24-$30 per hour
Bright Builders ABA is seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one, home-based ABA services in Hagerstown, MD The RBT will work under the supervision of a BCBA to implement individualized treatment plans.
Responsibilities:
Implement behavior plans designed by the BCBA
Collect and record accurate session data
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the client's home
Communicate professionally with families and team members
Qualifications:
Active RBT certification (required)
ABA experience preferred
Reliable transportation
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
