For eligible employees pursuing Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, we offer opportunities for supervised fieldwork, professional development, mentorship, and hands‑on clinical experience.

Whether you want to strengthen your skills as an RBT or work toward becoming a BCBA, we want to help you grow.

What You'll Do

Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism

Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision

Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills

Use evidence‑based strategies to support positive behavior change

Accurately collect and document client progress data

Communicate and collaborate with your supervising BCBA and clinical team

Provide reliable, professional, and compassionate care

What We're Looking For

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification

Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred

Reliable transportation

Consistent and dependable availability

Strong communication skills

Professional, compassionate, and eager to grow
