REGISTERED BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN (RBT) – Joplin, MO

Beyond Core Therapy is growing, and we're looking for a passionate and dependable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Joplin, MO! If you love working with children, enjoy making a positive impact, and want to be part of a supportive ABA team, we'd love to hear from you!

$24–$29 per hour
20 hours per week
Monday–Friday, 4PM– 8PM

YOUR ROLE
As an RBT with Beyond Core Therapy, you will:
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in their home and/or school environment
Follow individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
Collect and accurately document data on client progress
Work closely with BCBAs, families, and other team members
Help children develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily-living skills
Create a safe, positive, and encouraging environment for every child
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Required:
Active RBT certification
High school diploma or equivalent
Completion of the 40-hour RBT training (if applicable)
Valid CPR & First Aid certification
Ability to pass a background check
Reliable transportation
