Company: SenseSational Learning Group
Job Type: Part-Time OR Full-Time
Location: In-Person - Lansing, MI
Pay: $20-$23 per hour (depending on experience)
Who We Are: We're a small, BCBA-owned ABA practice focused on play-based, naturalistic therapy for neurodivergent kids. No table drills—just meaningful skill-building through play in homes, schools, and communities. We're growing intentionally, and we need playful, patient, and observant people to join our team.
What You'll Do
Provide 1:1 support to children using play-based ABA techniques
Work in homes and community settings (parks, libraries, schools)
Follow individualized treatment plans created by our BCBA team
Collect data and communicate progress with families and supervisors
Build genuine relationships with kids and families
Schedule & Availability
15-30 hours/week (part-time or full-time available)
Must be available for at least 2 evenings per week (4:00-7:00 PM), Monday-Friday
Additional morning and afternoon hours available
Flexible scheduling to work around school or other commitments
Requirements
Reliable transportation to get to homes and community sites on time
40-hour RBT training completed (or willingness to complete before start date)
Previous experience working with children
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and be physically active with kids
