Your Role:
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will:
Engage directlywith clients in both 1:1 and group settings, using creative and effective teaching methods.
Implement behavior plansdeveloped by experienced BCBAs.
Collect and record datato track progress and outcomes.
Maintain confidentialityand uphold our ethical standards.
Grow your skillsthrough continuous training in clinical skills, technology, and professional development.

Qualifications:
REQUIREDCurrent RBT certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel across town.
Completion of required trainings within 90 days of hire (QBS, HIPAA, BLS).
Valid driver’s license or state issued identification.
English literacy; able to speak, read and write proficiently.
Work Environment:
Engage in active, hands-on work with children, including various physical activities.
Be adaptable to different settings: home, school, center and/or community.
Must be available to work between 15-40 hours per week, including weekday afternoons and weekends.
