Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

About This Position
B Above is on a mission to help children grow, gain confidence, and build meaningful life skills through high-quality ABA therapy. We are currently hiring Part Time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Compensation ranges from $23–$28 per hour, with options for full‑time and part‑time work and flexible hours.

About the Role
As an RBT at B Above, you will play a hands‑on role in helping children build meaningful skills and reach important milestones. Your work will directly impact the lives of the families we serve.
In This Role, You Will:
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings
Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA
Collect and record data to track progress and celebrate growth
Collaborate with clinical team members
Support children in developing communication, social, and daily living skills
Maintain professionalism and uphold ethical standards of care
Partner with families to create meaningful change
Create fun, structured, and engaging sessions
Qualifications
Active RBT certification
High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred)
Reliable transportation
A genuine passion for helping individuals with autism thrive
