Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Join Our Team of compassionate caregivers at Skill Builders ABA Utah!

As a Certified RBT, you will play a vital role in our mission to help children build real-life skills and confidence.
About the Role:
We are seeking caring, reliable, and energetic Certified RBTs who love working with children and families. As an RBT with our organization, you will provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home and community settings, following individualized behavior plans created by experienced BCBAs. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing engaging, one-on-one ABA therapy
Following individualized behavior plans created by a BCBA
Collecting session data using simple tools
Collaborating with families and your supervising BCBA
Bringing positivity, patience, and encouragement to every session
Qualifications:
Current, active RBT certification (required)
Experience working with children (ABA experience is a plus)
Dependable, compassionate, and eager to learn
Reliable transportation and consistent availability
