Compensation & Bonus Structure
Total compensation includes competitive hourly pay, paid training opportunities, and a sign-on bonus.
Hourly pay: $18.00–$24.00/hour based on experience, education, certification level, and qualifications
RBT certification required

The Role
As an RBT, you will provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children in the center. You will:
Provide therapy services to children ages newborn to 21 years old
Implement personalized treatment plans created by the supervising BCBA
Collect session data and support treatment progress
Use play-based learning through games, movement, reading, and hands-on activities
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment
Collaborate closely with BCBAs, caregivers, and the care team
Support caregiver education and carryover across environments
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree preferred
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification through the BACB in good standing preferred
Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
Comfortable with sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently throughout the day
Able to maintain an active pace while working with young children
Reliable attendance and punctuality required
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Flexible team mindset and willingness to support nearby clinics if needed
Commitment to supporting children and families through compassionate, high-quality care
Scheduling & Work-Life Balance

Monday–Friday schedule
Daytime hours only: 8am–6pm
No nights or weekends
