Support Meaningful Growth Through Compassionate ABA Services
Building Bloch Pathways is dedicated to helping young adults and families thrive through compassionate, individualized behavioral support. Our team provides evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services that promote meaningful growth, independence, communication, and skill development.
We are seeking a passionate and dependable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct one-on-one support to young adults with autism and related developmental needs while working under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Position Overview
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will implement individualized ABA treatment plans developed by a BCBA while providing direct support to clients across home, school, clinic, and community settings.
This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while expanding your clinical experience in Applied Behavior Analysis.
Responsibilities
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, clinic, or community settings
Implement individualized behavior intervention plans
Teach communication, social, adaptive, self-care, and independence skills
Collect and document accurate behavioral data
Maintain a safe, supportive, and engaging environment
Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and interdisciplinary team members
Participate in ongoing supervision, training, and professional development
Qualifications
Applicants should have:
High school diploma or equivalent required
College coursework in psychology, education, or related field preferred
Experience supporting individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable transportation for travel to client locations
Commitment to ethical, compassionate, client-centered care
