Our approach is as unique and effective as the flavors of a ripe pear, and we're seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Richmond, VA!
About the Role:
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a vital role in supporting our clients with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Delivering behavioral interventions : Implementing evidence-based behavioral interventions designed to improve communication, social skills, and adaptive behaviors.
Collaborating with ABA teams : Working closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other ABA professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.
Assisting with data collection and analysis : Collecting and analyzing data to assess treatment effectiveness and inform treatment decisions.
Maintaining a client-centered focus : Providing care and support to clients in a warm, welcoming, and therapeutic environment.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field (and/or a high school diploma with significant experience in the field)
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (or willingness to obtain within 3 months of hire)
1+ year of experience working with individuals with ASD or other developmental disabilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
