Job description
RBT - Rockville, MD
$28-$32/hr + $ Sign-On Bonus!
The RBT role you keep telling your friends you wish existed.
At EdenPath ABA, we built this practice around a simple idea: RBTs do their best work when they're supported, trained, and treated like the backbone of great therapy- not just a line on a schedule. So that's exactly what we solved for.
We're a Maryland-based, independently-run ABA practice growing the right way- clinically first, culture second-to-none, and systems built to actually support the people doing the work.
