Job description
Make a positive impact in the lives of K-12 students as a contract Registered Behavior Technician or Behavior Specialist. This flexible opportunity allows you to work with school-aged children near Saginaw, MI, supporting their growth and educational success. Assignments begin August 31st, 2026, and follow the school calendar.

Qualifications:
Current RBT License, OR at least 2 years of school-based behavior technician experience
Experience working with K-12 students in educational settings
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Reliable, adaptable, and committed to student success
Responsibilities:
Deliver one-on-one or small group behavior intervention strategies as prescribed
Collect and record data on student progress and behavioral outcomes
Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff to implement behavioral plans
Adjust intervention techniques as necessary to meet individual student needs
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional standards at all times
