Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Springfield, New Jersey, United States

Join Imagination ABA Therapy, a BCBA-owned and operated Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Provider, in their mission to provide high-quality, ethical, and individualized services to children and families. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needs using evidence-based ABA practices.

Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children and adolescents in their natural environments, including homes, schools, and community settings

Implement individualized treatment plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)

Collect and record data on client behavior, progress, and outcomes

Collaborate with BCBAs, RBTs, and other team members to ensure effective and sustainable treatment approaches

Support clients in developing meaningful skills, promoting functional communication, and increasing independence

Maintain accurate and detailed records of sessions, progress, and client data
