Overview
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Tucson At GreenLight ABA, we are dedicated to providing personalized ABA therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and fostering independence and enhancing the quality of life of these children. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in our mission to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients.
Job Summary
We are seeking caring, collaborative, and experienced RBTs to join our team in Tucson, Arizona. As an RBT, you will conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with children between the ages of 2 to 18 years old, implement skill acquisition programs, and behavior reduction plans under the guidance of a BCBA. You will also support children and their families to promote independence and positive behavior change.
Responsibilities
Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with children with Autism and developmental needs
Implement skill acquisition programs and behavior reduction plans under the guidance of a BCBA
Support children and their families with learning skills to promote independence and positive behavior change
What We Offer
Competitive pay: $23 - $30 per hour depending on experience

Requirements
Active RBT certification or BT experience in providing ABA therapy to children under the guidance of a BCBA
Passionate and reliable individuals who enjoy working with children and families
Driver's license and reliable vehicle for driving to and from client homes
Willingness and ability to pass a background check
